Ballast
The LUMii Electronic Ballast is switchable between 250W, 400W and 600W, it can run both High Pressure Sodium and Metal Halide bulbs. Always use the correct wattage for the lamp, this ballast means should you wish to use a 250W or 600W lamp in the future, you can!

Lamps
The Powerplant HPS lamp is a great choice for flowering and fruiting plants. HPS lamps produce a light rich in the red spectrum, this promotes bountiful fruits and flowers. HPS lamps can be used for vegetative growth but most plants will have increased intermodel spacing compared to Metal Halide lamps.

The Powerplant Metal Halide is the perfect choice for lush vegetative growth, metal halide bulbs promote lush growth and tighter internodel spacing, they are not suitable for flowering plants.
