Use

Small pots or insert trays are ideal for seedlings or cuttings.
Jiffy Insert Trays or Plant It Insert Trays are great for use with Jiffy Pellets or Root Riot Cubes. Rockwool cubes from Cultilene or Grodan are also popular with growers.
The insert trays and rockwool trays fit perfectly inside the XL version but can easily be cut down for use in the Large version.
